Is my data really mine?+
Yes. Your records, documents, and history belong to you. You can export the full file as a PDF at any time, and you can delete your account and the data with it.
How does document extraction work?+
When you upload an invoice, warranty, or inspection report, Home Pro reads the document and pre-fills the record — vendor, date, system, amount, coverage. You review and save. Nothing is shared with third parties.
What happens when I sell the home?+
Export the full property record as a clean PDF and hand it to the buyer or agent. Homes with documented maintenance histories tend to inspect better and close cleaner.
Do I need to be technical to use it?+
No. If you can take a photo of a receipt or drop a PDF into a folder, you can use Home Pro. Setup takes about ten minutes.
Is there a contractor or pro version?+
A contractor portal is on the roadmap. For now, Home Pro is built for homeowners — but the data model is designed to connect the two sides over time.
